Welcome to z7zzz. These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms", "this Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and z7zzz ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing all access to and use of the z7zzz website available at z7zzz.io and any associated mobile application, service, or platform feature.

By accessing the z7zzz platform, creating a player account, making a deposit, placing a wager, redeeming a bonus, or using any feature of the service in any capacity, you confirm that:

• You have read and fully understood these Terms & Conditions;
• You unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms;
• You satisfy all eligibility requirements described in Section 2 of this Agreement;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into this Agreement. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules, the more specific document shall prevail for the matter to which it specifically applies.

Use of the z7zzz platform is subject to the following eligibility criteria. You represent and warrant that all of the following conditions are satisfied at the time of registration and at all times during the use of z7zzz services:

1. Age: You are at least 21 years of age. z7zzz strictly prohibits use by individuals under the age of 21. The Platform reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any point and to suspend any account pending such verification.
2. Legal Capacity: You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction of residence.
3. Residential Status: You are accessing z7zzz from a location where online gambling and sports betting are not expressly prohibited by applicable local laws. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before registering.
4. Single Account: You maintain only one registered account on z7zzz. Opening or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, shared devices, shared payment methods, or related IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
5. Own Benefit: You are registering and playing solely for your own personal entertainment and financial benefit, and not on behalf of any other individual, syndicate, or organisation.
6. Accurate Information: All registration information provided by you is true, current, accurate, and not misleading in any respect. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change.

z7zzz reserves the sole right to decline a registration application or to close an existing account at any time if, in the Platform's reasonable judgment, these eligibility conditions are not or are no longer met.

Each registered user is permitted to hold a single active account on z7zzz at any one time. Your account grants you access to the full suite of z7zzz services, including sports betting, live casino games, slots, crash games, and promotional offers, subject to these Terms and any applicable game-specific rules.

Account Security: You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. z7zzz will never solicit your full password through any communication channel, including email, live chat, or telephone. You agree to notify z7zzz immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

Account Verification (KYC): z7zzz may at any time — at registration or subsequently — require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. This may involve submitting a government-issued photo identification document (such as a National ID card or passport), proof of address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used. Accounts that do not complete KYC verification when requested will have their withdrawal functionality suspended until verification is complete.

Dormant Accounts: An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months will be classified as dormant. z7zzz will make reasonable attempts to notify the account holder by email prior to applying any dormancy administrative fee. Dormancy fees, where applicable, will not reduce a balance below zero.

All financial transactions on z7zzz are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). z7zzz supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for players in Bangladesh:

• Mobile Wallets: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank
• International Cards: Visa, Mastercard (where available to Bangladesh residents)

Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for mobile wallet methods and ৳1,000 for bank transfer methods. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification status; please refer to the Payment page for current limits.

Withdrawal Policy: Withdrawals at z7zzz are processed to the same payment method from which the corresponding deposit was made. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes for mobile wallet methods and within 1–3 business days for bank transfer methods, subject to completion of any pending KYC verification requirements. z7zzz does not charge a platform fee for standard withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

Currency: All account balances, bets, winnings, and bonus values are displayed and settled in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). z7zzz does not currently support multi-currency accounts. International card transactions may be subject to conversion by the card issuer before funds reach your z7zzz account.

z7zzz offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered players, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, tournament prizes, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and the T20 World Cup.

All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms:

• Each bonus offer is available to eligible accounts only. Eligibility criteria are defined in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonus funds are credited to the bonus balance of your account and are held separately from your real-money balance. Bonus funds must satisfy the applicable wagering requirement before they can be transferred to your withdrawable real-money balance.
• Wagering requirements are stated as a multiplier (e.g., 20x the bonus amount). All wagers placed using bonus funds count towards wagering requirements unless the specific bonus terms state otherwise.
• Bonuses expire if the wagering requirement is not completed within the stated validity period. Upon expiry, the bonus balance and any winnings generated from it are forfeited.
• z7zzz reserves the right to decline a bonus claim, to cap bonus winnings, or to withdraw a bonus from an account if there is reasonable evidence that the player has engaged in bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or any other strategy designed to exploit promotional terms.
• A player may hold no more than one active welcome bonus at any given time.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or redeemed for cash prior to meeting the stated wagering requirements.

z7zzz reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is cancelled after a bonus has already been credited to your account, the bonus balance (and any winnings generated from it) will be removed. Your real-money balance will not be affected.

All bets and game rounds placed on z7zzz are governed by the specific game rules published within the game interface or sport-specific betting rules section of the platform. In the event of a conflict between those specific rules and these Terms, the specific rules apply to the matter in question.

Sports Betting: z7zzz offers pre-match and live in-play betting markets on cricket (including BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures), football, kabaddi, hockey, and other sports. All sporting bets are settled based on the official result announced by the relevant governing body (ICC, FIFA, etc.) unless otherwise stated. In-play odds are subject to change at any time up to market closure. z7zzz reserves the right to void any bet where there is evidence of a palpable pricing error.

Casino Games: All casino games available on z7zzz, including live dealer games powered by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi, slots from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, and Microgaming, and crash games including Aviator by Spribe, are operated using certified random number generator (RNG) technology or live streaming technology, as applicable. System Errors: In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or system error that affects the outcome or settlement of a bet or game round, z7zzz will make all reasonable efforts to restore the game to its state immediately prior to the fault. Where this is not possible, the bet or game round in question may be voided and the stake returned to the player's real-money balance.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on z7zzz. Any player found to have engaged in any of the following activities will be subject to immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Opening, operating, or using multiple z7zzz accounts, including through related parties;
• Using automated software, bots, macros, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics;
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating accounts under multiple identities solely for the purpose of claiming introductory bonuses;
• Arbitrage betting or placing hedged bets across multiple accounts or platforms in a manner designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome;
• Using fraudulent, stolen, or misrepresented payment credentials;
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime through the platform;
• Accessing z7zzz using a VPN, proxy, or any IP obfuscation tool to circumvent geographic or account-level restrictions;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, modify, or otherwise tamper with any z7zzz software, game outcome, or platform security feature;
• Engaging in collusion with other players in live dealer games or poker-style games;
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or support interactions.

All content published on the z7zzz platform — including but not limited to the z7zzz brand name and logo, website design, layout, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, marketing materials, and promotional content — is the exclusive intellectual property of z7zzz or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the z7zzz platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, transmit, or publicly display any z7zzz content;
• Create derivative works based on z7zzz content;
• Use z7zzz branding, trade marks, or game assets for any commercial purpose;
• Frame or mirror any portion of the z7zzz website on another domain.

Game software and content provided by third-party studios (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe) remains the intellectual property of those respective providers and is subject to their own licensing terms. z7zzz makes no warranty as to the continued availability of any specific game title.

• Cooling-Off Period: Take a temporary break from gambling activity for a defined period (24 hours to 90 days) without permanently closing your account.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, z7zzz and its directors, officers, employees, agents, partners, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the z7zzz platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or anticipated profits;
• Loss of data or corruption of data;
• Loss of goodwill or reputation;
• Interruption of service due to technical faults, maintenance, or force majeure events;
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

z7zzz makes no warranty that the platform will be available continuously or free from errors, viruses, or other harmful components. Where platform downtime affects an in-progress bet or game round, z7zzz's liability is limited to the return of the original stake.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude z7zzz's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own gross negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions of liability; in those cases, the applicable legal minimum liability shall apply.

z7zzz reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or criminal conduct;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Abusive, threatening, or inappropriate conduct directed towards z7zzz staff;
• A court order or instruction from a competent regulatory authority.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, z7zzz will notify the account holder by email within 48 hours and will aim to conclude the investigation within 30 days. Where an account is permanently closed due to a breach of Terms, any real-money balance that is determined to have been obtained legitimately may be returned to the player following the conclusion of the investigation. Bonus balances and winnings generated through prohibited conduct will be forfeited in all cases.

You may voluntarily close your account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 5 business days. Any real-money balance will be returned to your registered withdrawal method following completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

z7zzz reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made to this document, z7zzz will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account at least 14 days before the amended Terms come into effect. For minor amendments (such as typographical corrections or clarifications that do not alter the substance of any provision), notice may be provided solely by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the z7zzz platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account before the effective date of the changes.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. z7zzz operates as a platform serving the Bangladesh market and commits to conducting its operations in good faith and in a manner consistent with generally accepted international online gaming practices.
